1.

使用完畢應(yīng)將葫蘆清理干凈并涂上防銹油脂，存放在干燥

地方，防止手動葫蘆受潮生銹和腐蝕。

維護(hù)和檢修應(yīng)由較熟悉葫蘆機(jī)構(gòu)者進(jìn)行，用煤油清洗葫蘆

機(jī)件，在齒輪和軸承部分，加黃油潤滑，防止不懂本機(jī)性能原理

者隨意拆裝。

5.

手動葫蘆的起重鏈輪左右軸承的滾柱，可用黃油粘附在已

壓裝于起重鏈輪軸頸的軸承內(nèi)圈上，再裝入墻板的軸承外圈內(nèi)。

手動葫蘆在安裝制動裝置部分時，注意棘輪齒槽與棘爪爪

時針旋轉(zhuǎn)手鏈輪，就將棘輪、摩擦片壓緊在制動器座上，逆時針

旋轉(zhuǎn)手鏈輪，棘輪與摩擦片間應(yīng)留有空隙。

使用規(guī)則

1.

嚴(yán)禁超載使用。

在使用前須確認(rèn)機(jī)件完好無損，傳動部分及起重鏈條潤滑

良好，空轉(zhuǎn)情況正常。

起吊前檢查上下吊鉤是否掛牢。嚴(yán)禁重物吊在尖端等錯誤

操作。起重鏈條應(yīng)垂直懸掛，不得有錯扭的鏈環(huán)，雙行鏈的下吊

鉤架不得翻轉(zhuǎn)。

5.

操作者應(yīng)站在與手鏈輪同一平面內(nèi)拽動手鏈條，使手鏈輪

沿順時針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)，即可使重物上升；反向拽動手鏈條，重物即

可緩緩下降。

6.

在起吊重物時，嚴(yán)禁人員在重物下做任何工作或行走，以

免發(fā)生人身事故。

在起吊過程中，無論重物上升或下降，拽動手鏈條時，用

力應(yīng)均勻和緩，不要用力過猛，以免手鏈條跳動或卡環(huán)。

8.

操作者如發(fā)現(xiàn)手拉力大于正常拉力時，應(yīng)立即停止使用。
